WRITTEN submissions can be submitted in Word (.doc) format, PDF format, Publisher (.pub) format, Notepad or Wordpad format, or EMAIL format. 

ART submissions can be submitted in .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, .PNG, Word (.doc) format, Photoshop (.psd) format, PDF format, Publisher (.pub) format, Notepad or Wordpad format, or EMAIL format with attachment.

Submission files must always be TITLED with submitter's name, and the submission must begin with submitter's email address, daytime telephone, and mailing address.  Submissions will not be considered unless payment arrives with it, or until payment has been received -- unless previous arrangements have been made.

Step 2:  Respond to confirmation email.  If further payment instructions are included in email, respond appropriately to our requests.   File transfer/upload options and instructions will be included in your confirmation email once payment has been received.
